3. In order to change any external condition we must first transform the mindset and subsequent vibration that created it.

KB's Spiritual LIfe Coaching Methodology
Spiritual Life coaching sessions with KB combine her skill providing intuitive readings with the motivation one would find in life coaching. She provides advice from a higher perspective by utilizing her intuitive abilities to access information that is not always accesible to the conscious mind. In accessing this higher intelligence, KB enables her clients to resolve and move past situations that are blocking energy in their life path. How long are the spiritual life coaching sessions?
Spiritual coaching sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Each email coaching session is comprised of a personal response of approximately 400 words.

Do I have to pay for the phone call?
No, KB pays for the call if you live in Canada or the USA.

Do you provide spiritual life coaching for people outside Canada and the United States?
KB provides email spiritual coaching to anywhere around the world. International coaching sessions can be arranged via Skype.

What is your privacy policy?
All spiritual life coaching sessions are completely confidential.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are only given if a cancellation is made prior to 24 hours of the start of a scheduled coaching session. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session will not receive a refund as it does not give KB enough time to schedule another client. No refunds are given after a session has taken place.

What happens during a spiritual life coaching session? Do I need to provide background information?
At the start of a session, Karen will offer the intuitive information she has received about her client prior to the call. She then counsels her client in working through the emotional and spiritual blocks that are preventing him or her from moving forward. When the blocks begin to dissolve, it becomes easier to clarify goals and higher purpose.

How do email sessions work?
In an email spiritual life coaching session, the client sends their background information along with their questions. KB's email will address as many questions as possible within the context of a 400-500 word response.

Do I need to do anything special to prepare for a session?
It is always helpful to quiet your mind with meditation. Set an intention for your spiritual coaching session by writing down some questions you wish to have answered.

Do you conduct in-person spiritual life coaching sessions?
KB does not conduct in-person sessions at this time.

Can I record the phone call?
KB does not have the equipment to record phone calls but you are more than welcome to record the conversation if you wish.
